      I also work in the Masters Table garden for this food bank, this garden provides food (fruit, veggies, & herbs) for the soup kitchen

    I got an electric golf cart - I live less than a mile from the girls elementary school & about a half mile from Downtown. We use our golf cart as much as possible & the girls love it! I themed it out to be Ecto-1 - a Ghostbusters theme! I'll post a pic later when I can get out back & take pics

    I've been a volunteer for Golden Harvest Food Bank Masters Kitchen - a garden to provide food for the soup kitchen. This time we replaced the dirt in the above ground gardens & dug out an old sweet potato bed.

    I have a "bee house" on my deck now & it is so cute! I've already had a bee move in. I also planted lantana all around the perimeter of my back yard & some in the front. It's beautiful & sturdy - will come back every year. Lovely butterfly garden.

    I have a water habitat reserve close to my house - I took the girls over the weekend on our electric golf cart to visit & learn about the local bird population in that area. We have a tour of a local swamp planned for the weekend

    I'm planting 15 Dogwoods - I planted 3 over the weekend. I also signed up for Arbor Day Foundation & received 12 trees I need to get in the ground this week!

    I've been watching many food related documentaries and this recent one was Seaspriacy - WOW - this was so eye opening to what we are doing to the oceans eco-system and the potential impact on earth. Everyone should see this film
