REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & EcosystemsHow is planting trees good for your mental, physical, and spiritual health?
Erin Weaver 4/17/2023 11:02 AMPlanting trees can be so rewarding because that tree could be there for the next 100 years. It is cool to see that you can make an impact by just taking time out of your day to plant something that will outlive you. Overall getting outside and supporting nature impacts my mental health in a positive way! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEconomy & CommunitiesHow do you anticipate replacing your thermostats for programmable ones will positively impact your life?
Erin Weaver 4/11/2023 9:21 AMI think it will be much easier to change/lower the temp when I am away from the house. Also being able to better program the thermostat will be helpful! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityHow have you reduced your purchasing habits and what would you like to do next to reduce your consumption habits?
Erin Weaver 4/06/2023 9:30 AMI have been using this new app to track my purchases where I see all that I buy twice. It really has changed my outlook on how I am spending and where I can cut back and reduce waste! I find that I eat at restaurants and get coffee more than I need to. Food waste in the restaurant industry is a huge problem and I want to cut back on eating out or if I do eat out make sure to take my leftover food and eat it later, or only ordering what I need.
