WSP - Emerge Program

Spend 15 minutes learning about the Emerge Program at WSP. Emerge is WSP's strategic alliance program that seeks early-stage companies with novel solutions as strategic partners. Partners get access to in-house subject matter experts, an opportunity to pilot their products/technologies with WSP during the evaluation phase and have access to our client base. Emerge propels our partners by accelerating the product/technology adoption. Having recently launched our 4th cohort, Emerge has accelerated a number of companies whose mission aligns with UN SDGs. • Olokun Minerals • ecoSPEARS • PLAEX Building Systems

Took time out of my work day to have lunch with a friend. During our chat, we discussed the environment and I grew an even greater appreciation of the work I'm doing with WSP and how it positively impacts the planet. Being appreciative of my work and discussing sustainability with friends is a great way to deepen the way we look at sustainability and the how we rate the importance of it.

Today I tracked my spending and made adjustments to my retirement contributions so I can be set up for a more sustainable retirement now while I am young. Taking little steps can make a big change in the long-term outcome. The more I set aside the less I have to spend on non-essentials that may be contributing to overconsumption.

I chose to participate in this challenge to push my own conservation and sustainable living patterns. I am hoping to gain new tips from my community and implement them in my daily life and practice.
