What is one way you will reduce your water use? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your water use?

limiting my self to do dishes and running water to shower.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What was it like to practice mindfulness? If this is a practice for you already, what was something new you understood in practicing during Earth Month?

Holding my tongue on things that I don't like. Thinking of the others feelings that i don't say anything at all to hurt another feelings.

      I always ask:
Does this need to be said?
Does this need to be said by me?
Does this need to be said by me now?
Sometimes we need to speak up, and sometimes we need to not. And that can be something we all struggle with.

What is easy for you to do when having a constructive conversation and what is challenging? What tips do you have for having a constructive conversation?

A constructive conversation is listening and speak when its your turn. Actually listening to the other person and watch what you say so, that it doesn't turn the conversation into and argument.

How have you reduced your purchasing habits and what would you like to do next to reduce your consumption habits?

limited my self on what I spend on. Well I need to eat more often than I do. I already have reduced consumption habits.
