Gregg Zullo 4/20/2023 8:52 AMI made a Polish recipe Kapustnyak (better known as sauerkraut soup), a hearty dish that includes potatoes, onions and carrots, but also calls for kielbasa sausage. I substituted vegetable broth for the original recipe's chicken broth, and swapped plant-based sausage (Beyond Meat brand) for the Polish kielbasa. Verdict: hearty, but needed more spice :P recipe: Hearty Sauerkraut Soup Recipe - Food.com
