Caroline Chin 4/20/2023 6:54 AMI have been able to maintain my mindfulness practice, get outside, and continue to find creative ways to repurpose things around my home. I was out to eat and asked the server to limit how many napkins she offered so they would not get wasted. I emphasized that it's Earth Month and that it ties in with sustainable practices. She agreed and said she'd rather a customer ask for me than offer more than they actually needed. -

Elizabeth Robertson 4/18/2023 9:21 AMBrowned Mushrooms, in vegan butter with garlic and shallots and plum tomatoes. I made this today for lunch, once cooked put this on a slice of 7 grain bread, taste great and doesnt leave you craving meat.-

Elizabeth Robertson 4/18/2023 9:18 AMI made smash potatoes and used the potato water to cook some shrimp. Combining the two with a salad for a great dinner. -
