It's a practice I believe in but often run out of time. This program is helping me stick to it!

we can become detached from the world around us if we do not get outside!

One eco-habit I practice is composting - I live in apartment and don't have a yard, but I still collect my food scrap waste and bring it to a nearby grocery store that collects compost drop-offs. It makes it so I don't have to take the trash out as often and my trash doesn't ever smell or leak yucky stuff!

I just got back from a long vacation, so I'm ready to start my ecochallenge! I spent a lot of time outdoors on vacation in beautiful weather.

I've noticed looking at screens all the time is horrible for my eyes - if I spend too long on screens, I always have sore eyes the next morning.

One of my goals is to reduce use of plastics - no water bottles, pop bottles or avoiding plastic bags from stores
