What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

I was reminded of my screen time when building my garden this weekend. I have never once regret the decision to get outside and choose to get away from the technology. My heart and mind were much fulfilled by putting my hands in the dirt and building something that will grow with the earth.

They are much simpler than I would have thought, which is surprising.

I made a vegan chocolate mug cake. Yum! Very easy to make. 28 g of Almond Flour, 16 g of Oat Flour, 4 g of Corn Starch, 1 tsp of Baking Powder, 12 g of Cocoa Powder, 25 g of Maple Syrup and 65 g of water.
Mix the dry ingredients first until well combined, add the wet ingredients, stir in and pour into a mug. Microwave for 2min 15 sec. Let stand inside the microwave for 5 min. Enjoy warm!

Challenge is going well (very challenging trying to complete all daily activities) and I am learning a lot about my habits and how they impact the environment.

I will work on buying local produce to help cut down on emissions that my food creates when I buy from large stores with shipped in products. I currently try to reduce my driving by working remotely when possible as well as car pooling with family/friends.

What surprised you about the two produce lists? How will you use these lists for your grocery shopping? Have you used these lists before?

I have used these lists before and think they're very helpful for shoppers who want to buy organic but also want to save a little money without sacrificing health. I was surprised to see green beans on the dirty dozen list -- I haven't seen that one before.

I would like to be more conscious of my waste when not working from home. Working from home definitely makes carrying and reducing your waste much easier.
