PCC Sociology

The world has progressively gotten worse. With an increase in technology also comes with an increase in pollution. Not just the air we breath, but the water we drink, the food we eat, and how we live our lives on a daily basis. Not. Good.

It has been a rocky month as my grandma has been hospitalized and my priorities/consistency with things have shifted. She has been released and is back home now so I have been finding my groove once again with my meditation practices and healthy habits!

My partner and I rode our bikes to the park today. Not a very long ride but we parked them and walked around for awhile. We are planning on going outside soon again.

I spent time with the kid I nanny and some other kids I babysit occasionally outside. We are all so happy about the warm weather and Mr. Sun

Spent time riding my bike to school today. My classmates and I spent an hour eating our lunch outside today so we could enjoy the sun together.

Spent sometime being meditative this morning before taking my chemistry midterm.

I enjoy going around in my bike because I get the biker's rush, I feel strong and empowered, and most importantly I feel more connected to the environment around me.

So happy to be enjoying this nice weather again. It feels so good to see the sun

Some implications can be that people have lost touch with nature

The weather is so great! I love spending time outside with the kid I nanny.
