We made fettucine alfredo with hummus and pasta water and lemon with broccoli instead of with chicken and heavy cream. It is really good!

Kaitlyn Anderson 4/14/2023 7:40 AMI love the freedom of driving but recognize the convenience and energy efficiency of taking the bus or the train! Just requires more planning. In the last 10 years, I've slowly gone from 90% public transportation to 90% driving. But I do try to drive electric whenever possible so there's that.-
Arvis Singleton 4/14/2023 7:55 AMUnfortunately, I live in a city where public transportation is poor so driving is how we get around. I love it when I travel to cities that I can get to my destination by public transportation.

Andrea Start 4/10/2023 9:29 AMI made a lot of vegan dishes in the past week, including lemony lentil soup, nachos, (with vegan chorizo and Daiya cheese) and vegan chili with quinoa. The chili wasn't my favorite, but the nachos turned out amazing, and the soup is something I make often that just happens to be vegan. :) -

Tim Van Liew 4/05/2023 1:22 PMI technically didn't make this, but I enjoyed it! Today, in the Seattle Office, we enjoyed lunch procured from Veggie Grill. I tried the Crispy "Chick'n" Caeser Wrap, the Super Greens and Quinoa Salad with Mango dressing, and the Mac n' Vegan "Cheese". I would consider ordering these plant-based options again.
