    Bean Soup
    Saute carrots, celery, and onion. Add minced garlic and tomato paste, oregano, salt & pepper and stir 2 min. Add vegetable broth and cook until vegetables are soft. Add rinsed, canned beans of your choice. If you like thicker soup, add orzo when cooking vegetables or mash some of the bean before adding to the soup.
