April 30 at 6:05 PMUsing The entire types of foods that include utilizing the skins was highly beneficial in terms of receiving high amounts of nutrients which are found in some skins of vegetables and other food group. There was also a high benefit in lower waste consumption which made groceries cheaper due to not frequently purchasing more.

April 30 at 2:48 PMI'm going to do a roadtrip to the Maritimes in an EV this summer. I have travelled to Africa, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and honestly, we have the same landscapes here in Canada, so to sometimes I ask myself why I have to get on a plane??
